Our deep environmental commitment is shown in the measures we’ve taken that demonstrate our continuous practice of due diligence - both on the shop floor and in the office:

• Our die casting equipment is powered by air, eliminating the need for hydraulic oil.
• We are using a water based lubrication, which is environmentally safe, in place of mixing with varsol.
• A closed loop system is used for water cooling
• Sprues and runners are re-melted / reused in our process
• A small amount of air exhausting is the only noise generated
• Low energy costs - minimal hydro usage, comparable to running a clothes dryer
• Re-usable totes for operational purposes are used
• Packaging for our product consists of cardboard and wooden skids that are re-usable for bulk shipping.
• InnoFast is also available in 100% recyclable blister packaging material
• Raw materials packaging is plastic / metal banding – 100% recyclable
• Suppliers within a 100 mile radius are partnered with, further reducing InnoZinc’s carbon footprint

And we always:

• print on both sides of the paper!
• turn down the thermostat!
• shut off idle computers/printers/office equipment!
• use energy-efficient light bulbs and ceiling fans
